Corso base di introduzione al nordic walking, si insegna il corretto utilizzo dei bastoncini progettati per la camminata nordica, prove pratiche, passeggiata naturalistica.

Notify your participation at least 6 days before the start of the activity.
For groups of at least 3-4 persons we can customise the dates.
