La famiglia Sportoletti, da generazioni in agricoltura, si è sempre dedicata con passione anche alla produzione di vino. Nel 1979, nascono le prime mille bottiglie con etichetta propria. Attualmente cinque sono i vini prodotti: Assisi Rosso DOP, Assisi Grechetto DOP, Villa Fidelia Bianco IGP, Villa Fidelia Rosso IGP e Villa Fidelia Passito IGP. La produzione, da un decennio a questa parte, si è stabilizzata intorno alle 200.000 bottiglie l’anno. A circa 500 metri di altitudine, ai limiti del Parco del Monte Subasio, l’Azienda possiede circa 2000 piante di olivo, cultivar Moraiolo, utilizzate per la produzione di un eccellente Olio Extravergine di Oliva.

From the first tasting notes, its intense yellow colour with bright golden hues stands out. On the nose it shows sweet hints of honey and vanilla and candied fruit and in the finish there is a definite mineral note, typical of Grechetto.
