I Primi d'Italia 2026
From 24th to 27th September, the historic centre of Foligno will host I Primi d’Italia, the first and only National Festival of First Courses. For four days, the Umbrian city becomes a large-scale celebration of flavour, dedicated to pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, polenta and all the quality ingredients that make Italian first courses so unique.
The event takes over the entire city with a rich, continuous programme: public tastings, cooking classes, live demonstrations by top chefs and events focused on culinary culture. Entertainment and performances will complement the experience, offering a blend of taste and conviviality.
