We are in Collemancio at 'Ristorante Il Rientro', where since 1978 the tradition of Umbrian cuisine lives on in our chef's dishes. Local products such as truffles, porcini mushrooms, Cannara onions, extra virgin olive oil and game, enhance the handmade pastas and meats cooked in the large fireplace in the centre of the room. "Il Rientro", as well as offering Umbrian cuisine, pairs its pizzas cooked on a wood-burning oven with a wide variety of craft beers.

While tasting a 'Rosso di Montefalco', roasting a leg of lamb on a spit, we turn our gaze and admire a rosy sunset among the Umbrian hills.
