La empresa

We have always been attentive to sustainability and have set ourselves the goal of reducing the environmental impact of our organically produced wines. Aware that over 50% of the carbon footprint of bottled wines is due to the bottles and their transport, we have chosen both lightweight glass and innovative solutions such as the Paper Bottle: five times lighter and with an 84% lower carbon footprint than traditional glass. A true green revolution!

Proceso productivo

Our plots cover about 10 hectares, with native and international varieties such as Sangiovese, Grechetto, Vermentino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir - each carefully selected to express the unique character of our terroir.

VERS - Umbria Cabernet Sauvignon IGT

Umbria has lived on wine since Etruscan times, and it is to them and their 'fire' that we dedicate this label. An intense and enveloping red, aged in barriques, with warm aromas and important structure. Tasting Notes: Vers is a powerful and decisive Cabernet Sauvignon that does not go unnoticed. The nose releases intense aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet spices, tobacco and vanilla, with a touch of cocoa on the finish. The two years in barrique enrich it with complexity and depth. In the mouth it is structured, enveloping, with full, velvety tannins. A red wine with a strong character, perfect for those seeking a wine that fills the palate and leaves its mark.
