Introduction to the history and visit to the La Veneranda wine cellar, tasting of our wines paired with food products from our own production: fresh pecorino cheese and white wine jelly, bruschetta with Cannara onion, prosciutto and white pizza, capocollo and Bocconcello, bruschetta with truffle sauce, bruschetta with oil, Crostino della Veneranda, salami and dry sausage, mature pecorino cheese and red wine jelly, Tozzetti.
