Just like the vines, our olive trees are bred exclusively according to the dictates of organic farming aimed at preserving the characteristics of the soil, the balance and biodiversity of the surrounding environment. our olive grove is fertilised exclusively with natural products and enriched through grassing, while harvesting is done strictly by hand to ensure the integrity of the olives, which are immediately transferred to the brand new mill, adjacent to the olive grove, for cold pressing.
