Farm Experiences


Rediscover rural traditions, learn what country life teaches and get in touch with nature in all its expressions. Through the many proposed routes, you can indulge in genuine and often unique experiences(such as meetings with artisans and artists reserved for small groups of people). ABC rural is the perfect place for a holiday where you can relax by doing small things, listening to the silence, discovering smells and flavours that only the earth can give us, and being fascinated by timeless knowledge. And you can also cool off on the infinity pool overlooking the valley! Nancy and Michele are #becomingagriculturists (this is their motto), cultivating vegetables and planting ancient fruits, gathering wild herbs, searching for truffles, breeding animals at risk of extinction and producing their honey, jams, EVO oil, flour from ancient grains(ground on site)... and then enjoying them on the table with you!

Of course, after a workshop or an educational tour, it is perfect to complete the day with a moment dedicated to food and wine, to enter the world of the countryside with all the senses.

A tasty way to sample our products if you don't feel like or have no way to indulge in lunch or dinner. Our farmer's aperitif includes breads and flatbreads (made with our own ancient grain flours), small legume burgers, stuffed savoury pies, cheese muffins, vegetables, fritters (these are just examples, as everything here changes according to the season and is prepared fresh from the raw materials we produce)The experience ends with dessert (always made by us) and for those who want coffee.

Here you don't order à la carte nor can you predict too far in advance what will come out of the kitchen, as in our farm you can eat food made and cooked by us from the raw materials we produce here. Everything changes according to the season and is prepared fresh!Here are some proposals...

  • Pizza with ancient grain flours grown and milled here
  • Farmer'saperitif: breads and buns, fritters, bruschetta, vegetables, legumes, etc.
  • Peasanttasting: a rich hors d'oeuvre to taste our main products and home-made pasta
  • Trufflespecial: truffle tasting (different types of truffle eggs, bruschetta, etc.) and homemade pasta with truffles, ending with a vegetable
All meals end with dessert and for those who want coffee. In addition to water, a bottle of house wine is included for every two peopleAfter a workshop or an educational tour, completing the day with a moment dedicated to food and wine is literally perfect: a way to enter the world of the countryside with all your senses!
