A space dedicated to young people of all ages, learning to live with nature, sometimes retracing ancient gestures such as taking care of farm animals, making pasta as grandparents did. These are experiences that enrich the spirit and awareness.

Educational visits to farms have now become an integral part of school curricula in many Italian regions, and in Umbria too they are a well-established practice. we can accommodate 20-22 children on long weekends, weeks....Through educational farms, in fact, it is possible to explore topics such as sustainable agriculture, the peculiarities of the territory, the seasonality of production, the rediscovery of forgotten flavours, including through taste workshops, ancient crafts, traditions and rural culture. The method envisages the involvement of teachers, who guide the students in carrying out practical activities capable of stimulating their curiosity, reflection and critical spirit.

The opportunity that is created in bringing the school and agriculture together, the reality of the city with that of the nearby countryside, thus giving a better understanding of the role of the farmer as a witness and custodian of the territory's environmental and cultural riches.
