The agricultural company Poetia was born from the deep love for olive trees and oil that accoumunates two brothers, Andrea and Massimo.

The company is run with care and dedication and carries out the entire production chain in-house.


Our company considers it a top priority to close the extra virgin olive oil production chain by controlling the entire production cycle to ensure the highest quality and typicality of the product.
Processo produtivo

In our in-house oil mill, we transform organically grown olives into excellent cold-pressed EVO oils.

Production area: Villa di Magione - Umbria Region - Italy

Altitude: 450-500 metres above sea level

Cultivation technique: organic farming

Harvesting period: October and November

Crushing method: within 24 hours of harvesting with two-stage continuous cycle mill - Mori Tem - with production process temperature at < 26°C 'cold extracted

Storage: In stainless steel tanks under food grade argon at controlled temperature.
