These characteristics of the soil make our products unique. The hilly terrain and climatic characteristics given by the geographical position and assisted by the winds that caress the hillside from all directions, offer the grapes unexpected and each time new variables.
We believe in synergies in the territory, which is why we have chosen local collaborators, competent subcontractors with long experience in the area for vineyard work. San Venanzo is called the City of Volcanoes, 265,000 years ago one of the three 'bonsai' volcanoes identified by recent studies was active in this area. Its eruptions enriched the soil with minerals including Venanzite, a volcanic rock found only in this specific area of the world.
