  • The apartment has two double beds and a futon and is ideal for up to 5 people. 
  • Please note that due to the nature of the original structure, the holiday home is not suitable for people with disabilities.
  • The large terrace is a place for relaxation, with views over the surrounding countryside of Assisi and the ever-changing skies from dawn to dusk. It is also ideal for meditation, yoga and pilates.
  • On arrival you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast (kettle, toaster, waffle and espresso maker), milk, coffee, fruit juice, butter, jam, sugar... 
  • At our guests' disposal: washer-drier, iron, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, hairdryer.
  • For maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning. 
  • Our selection of picture books, graphic novels and art books is available for guests to read and browse in the bright, comfortable reading corner.
  • Not far from the apartment there is a bus stop connecting the property to Santa Maria degli Angeli and the train station.
  • Fully equipped kitchen, with crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.Bed linen and towels are provided for our guests.
