The beautiful property, recently renovated, can accommodate 14 persons in its spacious rooms. The rooms, all with independent bathrooms, are elegantly furnished, the bright and spacious living rooms open onto terraces and porticoes. On the ground floor with access from the portico there is a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining room, a hallway, bathroom and ante-bathroom, and a double bedroom. Also with access from the portico there is a flat complete with double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for the disabled. The porch is furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs for dining al fresco, rocking chairs and armchairs for relaxing. On the mezzanine floor there is a vase lounge with terrace, three bedrooms with bathroom and another entrance towards the swimming pool. Finally, in the turrets from which there is a beautiful view, two charming double rooms with bathroom. The furnishings are sober and elegant, and the mattresses are made of hypoallergenic material. The garden is enclosed and the children can play in peace, among the flowers are the centuries-old oaks, and the large 18x6 swimming pool with Roman steps, the hot and cold shower, the brick barbecue with tables and gazebos.
