Situated amidst the picturesque hills of Silvignano, a stone's throw from Spoleto in the heart of Umbria, is our charming cottage, which with its rich heritage is a valuable part of a collection of historic residences, each of which tells a story of centuries past.

At an altitude of about 600 metres, our cottage is not just a comfortable accommodation, but a unique experience in Umbrian tradition and warmth. With a lovely garden enclosed by two beautiful arches and with a breathtaking view of the Spoletina valley, it offers a serene refuge from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Its medieval architecture dates back to the 11th century, La Casa was originally built as a military stronghold.

While retaining its authentic charm, we have tastefully integrated modern comforts, including recently renovated bathrooms and a kitchen custom-designed by local craftsmen.More than just a place to stay, Casa di LucaPietro is a tribute to the fascinating history and natural beauty of Umbria.
