The history of our oil mill is rooted in a long family tradition dating back to our paternal grandparents, who came from the beautiful town of Todi.

Here, nature blends with the art of agriculture to create oils with an unmistakable personality and exceptional taste.

Every time we admire Todi from our privileged position we remember them, we think of their stories and their lives. The choice of the name of our brand, 'I POTTI', which means 'the sons' in Todi dialect, is precisely a tribute to our paternal roots, while the Perugian roots of the family inspired the names of the oils, from the strictest dialect of our land.

We are proud to have created a company that celebrates tradition and innovation, love of family and territory. Our goal is to continue cultivating these roots, to make them grow ever more luxuriant and bring the flavours and scents of our land to the world.

We are convinced that the unique characteristics of our terroir can generate products of the highest quality that will be appreciated by our customers. This is why we decided to plant olive varieties such as Itrana and Ascolana Tenera, which are uncommon in this area, and understand how they adapt to our territory.We are aware that experimentation entails risks, but it is only through the courage to dare and the audacity to question the established that it is possible to discover new ways of creating products that are unique.
