Cooking class where you learn how to make homemade pasta with a matching sauce and the basis for a dessert. Only top-quality and organic products are used. Explanation of the hors d'oeuvre based on fagiolina del Trasimeno, an ancient legume from Lake Trasimeno, and the meat-based Secondo. Preparation of the dessert: Tart with spelt flour and organic jams from the farm. Lunch to follow.

What is included

Everything needed for the planned course will be provided by the Bittarelli farm. After learning the techniques of the cookery school, lunch will follow, the menu of which is as follows: Starter, First course (tagliatelle or gnocchi), Second course of meat, Seasonal side dish -Sweet - Water and wine (1 bottle for every 4 people) - Coffee
