• Accoglienza
• Presentazione del luogo e delle attività
• Presentazione delle specie spontanee della flora dei Monti Martani e accenno alla fauna in funzione alla flora e loro interazione
• Visione di schede descrittive delle specie più diffuse disegnate dalla titolare
• Raccolta dal vivo delle erbe con spiegazione dei corretti metodi di raccolta
• Lavoro di gruppo per la classificazione delle specie raccolte ed osservate
• Presentazione degli usi comuni delle piante, rimedi naturali e piccoli segreti in cucina: ogni erba ha un suo come e un suo perchè
• Pratica e Laboratorio: creazione di un erbario con le specie raccolte e classificate
