What is included
A tasty way to sample our products if you don't feel like or have no way to indulge in lunch or dinner. Our farmer's aperitif includes breads and flatbreads (made with our own ancient grain flours), small legume burgers, stuffed savoury pies, cheese muffins, vegetables, fritters (these are just examples, as everything here changes according to the season and is prepared fresh from the raw materials we produce)The experience ends with dessert (always made by us) and for those who want coffee.

Here you don't order à la carte nor can you predict too far in advance what will come out of the kitchen, as in our farm you can eat food made and cooked by us from the raw materials we produce here. Everything changes according to the season and is prepared fresh!Here are some proposals...
- Pizza with ancient grain flours grown and milled here
- Farmer'saperitif: breads and buns, fritters, bruschetta, vegetables, legumes, etc.
- Peasanttasting: a rich hors d'oeuvre to taste our main products and home-made pasta
- Trufflespecial: truffle tasting (different types of truffle eggs, bruschetta, etc.) and homemade pasta with truffles, ending with a vegetable
