Contract terms

The COCOON TRAVELS agency acts both as a seller, as far as the sale of tourist packages and individual services organised by third parties is concerned, and as an organiser as far as tailor-made trips developed at the specific request of the traveller are concerned.1 - LEGISLATIVE SOURCES - The sale of tourist packages and services is regulated by Law no. 1084 of 27/12/1977 (ratification and execution of the International Convention on the Travel Contract (CCV) of Brussels on 23/04/1970, by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and by Legislative Decree no. 79/2011 (Tourism Code).

What is included
The price includes:
  • - 2 nights in a double room
  • - Half board
  • - Guided excursion to the chestnut grove with 1 hour of harvesting
  • - Breakfast or homemade snack at the chestnut grove
  • - 3 kg of chestnuts per room
  • - 20% discount on the price per kg of chestnuts
  • - Guided tour of your choice of Orvieto, Perugia or Assisi with a local guide licensed by the Region of Umbria
  • - On-site assistance H24.

The fee does not include: meals not mentioned, personal expenses and everything not specified under 'the fee includes'.

Prima colazione in agriturismo. Trasferimento al Castagneto* e raccolta delle Castagne in compagnia del vostro ospite. Colazione rustica nel bosco. Rientro in agriturismo. Pomeriggio a disposizione. Cena e pernottamento. 

Prima colazione in agriturismo. Mattinata dedicata alla visita guidata di Perugia*
