-learn the necessary steps for making a typical Christmas cake: from the selection of ingredients to their composition

-identifying the different types of fruit

-learn about fruits with the 5 senses

-take part in the preparation phases of a typical Terni Christmas cake

-tasting the product

-welcome: introduction to the farm and presentation of the day's activities (15')

-activities in the teaching room: presentation of the ingredients needed to make the Terni Christmas cake (2h)

What is included

Methods:

Children/youths will be welcomed into the farm's teaching room by being introduced to the different ingredients of the Terni Christmas cake. The concrete realisation of the product will also be planned.

ingredients/tools needed to make the cake and teaching materials (blackboard, chalk, coloured pencils)
