Guided tasting of 5 wines paired with artisanal and km 0 specialities: SAIO bread and extra virgin olive oil,artisanal medium-aged Pecorino cheese accompanied by grape jam,artisanal Caciotta cheese with black summer truffle,artisanal Torta al testo cake,artisanal typical Umbrian cold cuts,mineral water. Visitors are then given a map of the vineyard. Along the route you will find information boards on wine and viticulture. The route is panoramic with exclusive views of Assisi, Perugia and Santa Maria degli Angeli and is suitable for all ages. You will have the entire vineyard at your disposal to explore. The route takes about 30 minutes and is suitable for all ages. Access is also possible with a wheelchair. If the customer wishes, it is also possible to reach the veranda by car.
