We treat our oil as a precious commodity, which follows a careful and scrupulous process.We combine the avant-garde elements of the oil mill, such as the Alfa Laval continuous-cycle plant for cold extraction and simultaneous double parallel pressing, with the human elements inspired by the passion of a family in love with the special Umbrian territory.
