Teatro Torti di Bevagna – 2025/26 Season
Bevagna, from 24 January to 27 March 2026, Teatro Torti presents its 2025/26 Season, a programme that brings together literary tradition, contemporary theatre, dance and civil storytelling. The opening production is dedicated to Luigi Pirandello, offering a theatrical journey through his life, works and ideas, and portraying the complexity of the twentieth-century intellectual.
The season continues with a solo performance focused on environmental sustainability, combining personal narrative and ethical reflection through an essential theatrical form. Contemporary dance takes centre stage in a multi-authored creation that highlights the diversity of Italian choreographic research and the dynamics of bodies in dialogue.
The programme also includes a play exploring human relationships, examining love and its fragile balance through a direct and intimate dramaturgy, followed by a closing performance inspired by literary text and centred on the theme of motherhood and universal love. The season as a whole offers a coherent journey through different scenic languages, inviting audiences to reflect on the present.
