On 19 September 2026 at 5:30 pm, the “Cav. Alberto Pacifici” Auditorium in Campello sul Clitunno will host “Francis, God’s Holy Jester”, a commemorative event dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi in the year marking the 800th anniversary of his death in 1226.

The event offers a journey through words, theatre and music to explore the figure and message of the Saint of Assisi. The programme features Rodney John Lokaj, university professor, and Tommaso Dell’Alba, theatre actor, accompanied by music performed by the “Città di Spoleto” Band.

An opportunity to rediscover the spirituality and cultural legacy of Saint Francis through different forms of expression, eight centuries after his death.
